Why should I contribute to insideOUT?
Children of parents with mental illness face unique challenges. Their biological and environmental vulnerabilities make it crucial to receive information and support. A comfortable, peer-led group will allow them to establish the healthy coping mechanisms and social ties that serve to build resilience. Your support will allow us to offer a fun environment in which youth can explore their strengths and strategies, connecting more effectively with their families and greater community.
